This short video communicates important and need-to-know information concerning the Furniture and Appliance Pool (FAP) cost center. Some concepts include distinguishing from “fenced funding” and “non-fenced” funding, new position “buy-ins”, annual assessments, and carryover funding. Additionally, the video explains the collaborative responsibilities of the Post ICASS Council and the Interagency Housing Board (IAHB) committees in coordination with ICASS Service Providers.

This brief video explains the mandatory requirement to have a Post TDY Policy, which includes establishing the invoice threshold as well as listing services at the daily rate. This policy will be nested within the Electronic Country Clearance (eCC) website and made available to all agencies at Post. The contents of this video are intended for both ICASS Customers and Service Providers.
